The command of Managment Body of Shiv Shakti Sidh Shri Baba Balak Nath Welfare Society and Baba Balak Nath Mandir in Sector-22, Noida was handed over to Shri Dheeraj Baba on 22.03.2002. As Chief Administrator of  Shiv Shakti Sidh Shri Baba Balak Nath Welfare Society,  a number of religious programmes and welfare activities were introduced during the incumbency of Shri Dheeraj Baba like organization of Ardh Barshik Bhandara in addition to Annual Bhandara, celebration of Naya Saal Babe Naal at Deot Sidh on 31st December (night) on the eve of new year and on 13th March every year on the eve of starting of Mele Babe De, Bhandara on every Sunday, release of six audio cassettes on Bhajans & Bhentas of Babaji for generation of funds for Baba Balak Nath Mandir, the total expenses on making of all audio cassettes was borne by Dheeraj Baba.  

The biggest achievement during his incumbency as Chief Administrator of the Society was purchase of  500 Sqm plot in Sector-71, Noida for Baba Balak Nath Mandir & Welfare Centre .  The cost of plot amounting to Rs 27 lakhs was collected through various sources including publication of Souvenir every year, sales of various Audio Cassettes brought out by Shri Dheeraj Baba in his own voice.   After giving the balance payment of the plot, registration charges, one time lease rent by Dheeraj Baba from his own side, the plot was got registered  in the name of  Shiv Shakti Sidh Shri Baba Balak Nath Welfare Society and thereafter Bhoomi Poojan and Vishal Bhandara at the site i.e. Sector-71, Noida was also organized by Shri Dheeraj Baba himeself.  

Contribution of Dheeraj Baba for Guga Mandir in H.P:

Shri Dheeraj Baba did not forget his native village also.  Shri Gugga Mandir at  Dheera and Chowki was reconstructed and renovated by him in the year 2000-01 where  he organizes a big religious programme and Bhandara during Gugga Navami every year for the last 10 years.

In addition, a Vishal and Memorable Bhandara was also organized by Mr Dheeraj Baba at Gugga Mandir Saloh, Kangra.

Shri Dheeraj Baba organizes Religious Programmes on Babaji on the demand of Devotees any where in India and expenses of such programmes are born by Sidh Peeth Foundation.  In this context, it is mentioned that he has organized such religious programmes several times at Mata Nagani Mandir – Barandah Kandwal, Nurpur, Mata Chaturbhuji Mandir at Sungal Sagur (near Baijnath), Kangra,  Sujanpur Tihra, Hamirpur, Mata Chamunda Devi Mandir, Kangra,  Baba Balak Nath Mandir at Nangal, Baba Balak Nath Mandir Sector-29, Chandigarh, Jagaran of Baba Balak Nath by Sanjha Sewa Mandal at Nehru Park Sector-21B, Chandigarh, Zirakpur and Dana Mandi, Nawan Shahr in Punjab, Kurukshetra, Jagadhari and Nazafgarh in Haryana, Hapur and Ghaziabad in U.P., Una Society, Delhi  and Baba Balak Nath Mandir in Mayur Vihar, Delhi and several times at the Pawansthali of Baba Balak Nathji at Deot Sidh.  Live telecast of these Jagarans was done on Local/National/International TV Channels and devotees allover the world have enjoyed these programmes.
